Preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements

Registering deposits with the Deposit Protection Service and manage reimbursement at the end of the tenancy


Fully Managed Package


Tenancy Set up fee of £200 inc VAT plus 12% inc VAT of monthly rent


Includes:

As with the Introduction Package, plus...

Collection and distribution of monthly rents (including chasing late payments)

Property inspections at a landlords chosen time frame

Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation. Gas safety checks, chimney sweeping etc

Arranging for day to day repairs as required (up to £250)

Informing utility companies and local authority of new tenants details and meter readings

Booking tenant/s or tenants out of the property at the end of the tenancy

Hold keys throughout the tenancy
